Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through this website, including but not limited to books fulfilled by third-party print providers (e.g., Lulu), products shipped directly by us, and print-on-demand apparel fulfilled through external partners.

 

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Books Fulfilled by Third-Party Print Providers (e.g., Lulu)

 

Books printed and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner are produced on demand. As such, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or there was an error in printing or order fulfillment.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assist you in initiating a replacement request in accordance with Lulu’s return policy. 2. Direct Shipments (Including Signed Copies, Bundles, and Special Editions)

 

Products shipped directly by us, including but not limited to personalized, autographed, or bundled items, are non-refundable and not eligible for return, except in cases of damage in transit or fulfillment error on our part.

 

To report damage or request assistance, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. If a return is authorized, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the error was ours), and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

 

3. Print-on-Demand Apparel (Future Product Category)

 

Apparel and similar merchandise fulfilled via third-party print-on-demand services are custom-made for each order. As such, all sales are final unless the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon receipt.

 

Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with supporting photos. We will help you begin a replacement claim in accordance with the third-party provider’s policies. Final approval and fulfillment of replacement items are subject to that provider’s terms.

 

If a return is authorized, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. General Provisions

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing (for apparel), or minor production variations inherent in print-on-demand processes.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued to the original payment method.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers or fulfillment partners.
